'Useless' Stats
There are a handful of stats that are in game that do provide a benefit, but are generally not worth specifically pumping up when compared to others. For BoL, these are Haste, Multi Attack, and Ability Modifier.
Haste and Multi Attack, these stat is generally 'good enough' in comparison to the more important stats if left completely ignored, and even reforged out of if your current gear doesn't have a 'better' reforge donor stat.
Ability Modifier is our primary source of DPS Mod, as there is usually a large amount of it per item, meaning you will usually gain the maximum amount of DPS Mod per slot.
There are a handful of armor 'sets' within each tier. You can usually tell which set a piece is in, based on the ending of it's name (Deathless, Enlightenment, Destruction). However, the folks in charge of itemization have deemed fit to not have the stats applied be fully consistent per set. So in order to optimize your character, you will end up wearing multiple mismatched set items.

Helmets this expansion generally lack the DPS Modifier stat assignment. So you should prioritize a stat (usually cast/reuse) that you are already well over the cap on, with the intent to reforge it directly into DPS Mod.
